(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, in addition to the facilities available under Section 12 at the time of commencement of this Act, the Board shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette for such additional financial facilities as may be provided for such projects.

(2) Regardless of what is written in the existing law, there will be no hindrance in using the facilities available under this Act for the specified period.

 However, if the board deems that the facility has been misused while granting permission according to this act, the board may cancel such facility. should be given an opportunity to clean up as prescribed before canceling the facility.
